Hand-crafted sculpture on Lecce stone, designed and created by the artist Andrea Serra. The sculpture “FREE TO FLY”: being able to live as you wish without judgement, free to love, to dream unconditionally, without hiding the wounds that life has given you, because they are sometimes a gift when love heals them .
The processing of this work is entirely done by hand on this stone which is found only in very few areas of southern Italy, namely in the lower Salento in the province of Lecce. This particular stone of marine origin, visibly rich in plant and animal fossils dating back several million years, makes it suitable for detail processing.
The sculpture “FREE TO FLY” like every work by Andrea Serra, being sculpted by hand, is unique and signed in engraving by the artist.
