Hand-made sculpture on Lecce stone, designed and created by the artist Andrea Serra. The artist wanted to call this work “The storyteller”, a storyteller who with the vibrations of lights and shadows given by the volumes of the work tells of love in the world of dreams… forgotten memories that thanks to it resurface giving serenity. The processing of this work is carried out entirely by hand on this stone which is found only in very few areas of southern Italy, or in the lower Salento in the province of Lecce. This particular stone of marine origin, rich in plant and animal fossils dating back to several million years ago, makes it suitable for processing details.
The sculpture “The story teller” like every work by Andrea Serra, being hand-sculpted, is unique and signed in etching by the artist.
